There are all sorts of ways to invest in real estate. There are

– foreclosures
– short sales
– tax liens
– notes
– wholesaling
– probate
– lease options
– landlording
– rehabbing

There are all sorts of variations to this list. Throughout the years, real estate investors have used these ways to make money in real estate. All of them have advantages and disadvantages. Some more than others. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to see each one of these in action. How they work. The challenges. The benefits. The overall outcome.

And to this day, I still hold true to wholesaling properties. In my opinion, it’s the easiest, with the least amount of work (if you do it my way), is very low-risk, can be done with no money, and the paydays can be HUGE. Now there is nothing wrong with ANY of these options; in fact, many of my good friends are crushing it using these other strategies, which is great. They are not the only ones either. There are thousands of real estate investors using a variety of these strategies and making good money with them.

I tell you this because even though there are lots of ways to make money in real estate, I focus on just a few of them and that’s where I want to spend my time with you. Showing you what I do and how I do it.

I’ve created this learning center for that purpose: so you can learn and understand my business model and then go out and do it yourself. I’ve helped a lot of students wholesale properties. Many of them do this in their spare time and many of them do this full time now. Regardless what you choose to do, my goal is to help teach you so you can eliminate many of the mistakes I made when I first got started. And trust me, there were a lot.

My first deal was a rehab project. I don’t recommend a rehab to anyone first starting out. It was a lot of work to say the least. I did make money, but you soon come to realize there are better ways and more efficient ways to make the same kind of money doing a fraction of the work. And that’s what I want to show you. That’s what gets me excited.
